ReviewAzon has been working great for me. Quite easy to setup (if you have some experience with Wordpress), and very easy to add products to the site. To that particular sites theme I didn't do to much tweaks (that I can remember now at least). Some themes seems to work better out of the box then others with ReviewAzon though.
